Four doctors go out duck-hunting.
An Internist(i.e. internal medicine), a radiologist, a surgeon, and a pathologist.
So they are lying down in the grass and suddenly see a flock of ducks flying overhead. The internist raises his shot gun, aims, but just follows them with his gun, and watches them till they are too far away. So the other doctors turn to him and say 'why didnt you shoot?' So he says 'Well, when I first saw them I thought it was a duck, but I had to rule out Eagle and Vulture. By the time I had they were too far away' .
So then they see another flock of ducks flying overhead. The radiologist raises his shot gun, aims, but just follows them with his gun, and watches them till they are too far away. So the other doctors turn to him and say 'Why didnt you shoot?!' So he says 'Well when I first saw it in the PA view I thought it was a duck, but I couldnt confirm till I had a lateral view, by the time I had that they were too far a way'
So then another flock of ducks flies over head, this time the surgeon raises his gun, aims, and shoots down a duck. He immediately goes over to it, grabs it, and hands it to the pathologist and says 'Ok, now tell us what it is!'
