- Assist the radiologist with barium examinations, IVP examination form first to end.
- Prepares patients for radiographic examination by explaining the procedure .
- Performs mobile x-ray in cases where the patient is unable to be serviced to radiology department.
- Making all special Views .
- Using computer radiology program ( DICOM )
- Preparing monthly schedule for X-ray Team.
- Making registration for the patient and fixing appointments and follow up timing.
- Working on Toshiba digital X-Ray, Siemens MRI , Siemens CT machine 6 slices, C.R machine
- Operates mobile C-arm machine (surgical, ortho, urological, ESWL ortho cases done in OT).
- Assist the radiologist with fluoroscopic examinations such as barium examinations.
- Respects confidences entrusted in the course of professional practice, respects the patient’s rights to privacy.
- Take necessary safety precautions using lead aprons, gloves and other shielding devices, as well as by instruments monitoring radiation exposure to ensure minimum x-radiation exposure to patients and personnel.
- Involve in documentation of radiology procedures as per JCIA requirement.
